MCP findutils:line_sort

Sort lines alphabetically, numerically, by length, or shuffle them randomly. Ascending or descending, case-sensitive or not.

Arguments

Newline-separated input.
order

string optional

Sort direction. Ignored when mode is "random". One of asc · desc. Default "asc".
mode

string optional

Comparison mode, or "random" to shuffle. One of alpha · numeric · length · random. Default "alpha".
case_sensitive

boolean optional

Case-sensitive comparison. Defaults to false. Default false.
ignore_leading_whitespace

boolean optional

Sort on the line without its indentation. Defaults to true. Default true.
