Subtitle Overlap Fix API
https://api.findutils.com/api/tools/subtitle-overlap-fix/execute Fix overlapping cues in a SubRip (.srt) or WebVTT (.vtt) caption file, the kind a merge, shift or frame-rate change leaves behind and that makes players skip or flash lines. Cues are sorted by start time, then every cue that starts before the previous one ends is moved to start exactly when the previous one ends; if that leaves it shorter than min_duration_ms (default 300), its end is extended to reach that length. Cue text is never changed and no cue is dropped. Returns the fixed file, counts, and the first adjustments so the change can be checked.
